1. VALIDITY AND RATE
The rates are valid from 01 November 2005 to 31 October 20062 unless specified in the rate.
All rates quoted are in THB (Thai Baht) unless specified. The rates are correct at time of printing and are subject to chage with or without prior notice. |

3. PAYMENT
FULLPAYMENT must be received before your clients' arrival in Phuket unless prior arrangements have been made for credit facilities. Otherwise we reserve the right to cancel all reservations and services for the booking in question without further notice.

4. CANCELLATION CHARGE
Hotel, restaurant contractors or any other companies related to the travel services will charge cancellation fees depending on the circumstances. If any cancellation charges are levied by them, these charges wil be billed to you through Phuket Jet Tour. |

5. REFUND and NO SHOW
After commencement of tour, no refund, in full or in part, will be given for services included in the programme that are not utilised. All reservations requested will be replied by fax or e-mail within two business day. If you donot receive any reply from us within this period, kindly resend your request as the messages could have been garbled or lost in transmission. Proof of sending is not proof of receipt.Group booking/Quotation requirement
Special rates for group will be provided upon request. The deposit should be paid upon confirmation of booking or depend on the requirement from hotel. Other arrangement which are not listed in this contract rate. Please send you requirement directly to our staff. AMERICAN EXPRESS CREDIT CARD
can be accepted by 3.5% charges.

6.CHILD RATES
Child prices apply to those aged 2 years and above but below 12 years. |

7.INFANT RATES
Child under 2 years is free of charge for all program |

8.RATE EXCLUDES
Beverages, lunches, dinners, laundry, room service, cable and telephone charges, tips,
excess baggage charges, personal and baggage insurance, airfares, airport taxes and all
other items not specified in the tour program. |

9.LIABILITY
Phuket Jet Tour Co.,Ltd. acts only as an agent for carriers, transportation companies,
hotels and all other contractors and will therefore have to disclaim responsibility for any
loss,damages accidents, change of schedule, or other irregularities caused or arising
from circumstances beyond their control, Phuket Jet Tour Co.,Ltd. also reserves the right
to change the itinerary with or without notice if found in the best interest of all concerned |
