Yam Pla Dook Fu
(Fried Cat Fish in Mango Salad)



Ingredients

1) 1 baked catfish
2) ½ onion, sliced
3) 1 celery, chopped
4) 1½ tablespoons peanuts, crushed
5) ½ cup green mango, shredded
6) 2 tablespoons fish sauce.
7) 1½ tablespoons lime juice
8) 1 tablespoons sugar
9) 1 teaspoon "mouse-dropping" chilli, sliced
10) 2 cups cooking oil

 

Preparations

Remove meat from baked catfish then shred finely
Fry it in hot oil until golden yellow. Drain.Combine
sliced onion. chopped celery, crushed peanuts
shredded green mango. fish sauce. lime juice and
sliced "mouse-dropping" chili. Mix all ingredients
well. Pour the salad on top of the fried shredded
catfish. Seve sprinkled with crushed with crushed peanuts.
