Sa
High rainfall, extensive mountains and forests make this Thailand's
least populated province. Although a source of many minerals,
particuarly tin, Ranong is so quiet. However, its location oposite
Victoria Point in Myanmar offers potential for visiting that country,
or the newly opened casino on Burmese territory. Alternatively, the
rugged coastline, Cape Son National Park, and the inland mountains
and forests are the places to explore. |
